the beach was clean with plenty of sun beds. it was mostly sandy with some rocky parts. i found the pools and aqua parks good. there were also pools for kids.

the morning i arrived i asked about breakfast instead of checkout day but it was difficult to arrange. after two hours one of the hotel people opened the room with the key. this happened without knocking so i woke up shocked.

the reservation system was a mess. staff signed the wrong date for the oriental restaurant. the italian restaurant didn't even have our name on the list. food at the main restaurant was almost always the same with few changes.

i was actually surprised by the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, especially mr ayman and mr tamer. the team made check-in easy. i found my room clean with a good view. the beach was clear too. luggage storage was free and accessible anytime, even at midnight.

the pool closed a bit early each day.
